NICKEL TOUR PRODUCTIONS ANNOUNCES THE FIRST DAILY REALITY SHOW

Nickel Tour Productions, who in the past have collaborated with The Pixel Corps to produce several of the most popular internet shows to include This Week in Tech and Mac Break, will launch the first daily reality show. Ultimate Joe  will follow an average person as they attempt to increase
their level of physical fitness through fight training.  The first broadcast release of the show is scheduled for February 20th, 2006.

Utilizing professional fighters and coaches in boxing, jujitsu, and grappling and hosted by trainer and co-producer Josh Hayes, the program will be shot Monday through Friday and broadcast released exactly one week later. Show release times are Monday through Friday, 9am PST, Noon EST.

"The average American spends too much time in front of a screen, over-stressed, life out of balance", said co-producer Shannon Newton.  "This show is designed to show how a high level of fitness can be achieved while also learning some basic fighting techniques. Ultimate Joe incorporates
nutrition as well as physical and mental conditioning to restore a high quality of life.  Everything is about getting back to the basics.  The primal art of fighting and core concepts of nutrition.  This isn't a tofu and Pilates crowd, this is a meat and smash-mouth crowd."

The producers of Ultimate Joe  believe that the key to good health lies in getting back to the basics of both nutrition and physical conditioning.  The core principles of the training include an interactive element that encourages viewers to not only follow along, but also participate and interact with the cast.  Additionally there is a weekly opportunity for viewers to work out with the cast in the San Francisco area.

The show will have a particular and different focus each day of the week, offering viewer/participants a wide range of activities.  Each show will include a professional tip segment from professional fighters, and a workout segment outlining a training regimen the show's subject, "Average Joe", will
undergo.

"This will be an exciting journey," Newton said, "as our average Joe progresses, viewers will be able to follow along in real-time.  Every day, our Joe will communicate through his blog about how he is doing throughout the process.

The show will appear for eight weeks and will be distributed via iTunes and directly from the site (www.ultimatejoe.com ). The entire suite of shows will also be available from the website at the show's conclusion on DVD (full size).
