•Open and closed stance.
•Leg attacks and setups.
•Defending leg attacks.
•Zone and range theory.

Who should attend:
Beginning and intermediate grapplers, Novice Wrestlers
Class size limited to 25 students for quality of instruction purposes.

Cost:
$25 general public, $20 FnF members

Instructor Bio:
Coach Tariq Haniff is an accomplished coach, wrestler and martial artist. His credentials include:
•Bronze Medalist Regional Olympic Trials (Greco).
•4 time California State Placer Open Division (Greco).
•Produced 7 state qualifiers in a 3 year period (2008-2011).
•CCS Coach’s Sportsmanship Award 2009.
•IKF Muay Thai Amateur National Champion.

As always, we will have a toy drive at the gym. Please bring a new, unwrapped toy for a child in need. The bin will be picked up on Dec. 20th so don't forget!!! Last year, we had two pick ups!

Rob Kaman Seminar at Fight and Fitness

Rob Kaman will be at Fight and Fitness this Saturday!! He is teaching a 2 hour seminar from 1:30-3:30pm. It is the cheapest you will ever get a seminar with this master!!

Rob "The Dutchman" Kaman (Born June 5, 1960) in Amsterdam is a retired 9 time kickboxing and Muay Thai world champion considered by many as the greatest kickboxer of all time. Often called "Mr. Low Kick" because of his feared low kicks which he used to set up his devastating offensive attacks.
