Fight and Fitness Turns 5 Years Old!!! UFC Party--April 18th!

Hooray!! We made it to our 5 year anniversary at Fight and Fitness. Thanks so much to all of our students, instructors, and friends! We are so happy to have made it this far and thankful in this tough economy.

To celebrate--we are having a UFC party on April 18th. We will provide drinks and pizza but please bring anything you may want to consume. This event is free to members and their friends--only!!

Also, please bring something to sit on-blankets, pillows, but no chairs. Here is the line-up:
