Fight and Fitness Results at Gracie Open 8/23/2008

Fight and Fitness did great at the Gracie Open this past week-end. It was a long and very hot day but the team made it through.

Chris Cariaso received a gold medal the blue belt gi division.

Angel Cruz received a silver medal in the no-gi beginner division. He fought a seasoned purple belt in the finals that should have been in the advanced division.

Ryder received a silver medal in the no-gi beginner division.

John Bartusevics received a gold medal in the white belt gi division.

Steve Ledbetter and Evan Esguerra also competed and did well but didn't medal.
